The Taos cross-country team returned from the Espa-ola meet last weekend with top-10 finishes for both the boys and girls teams. On the boys end, Raoul Gonzales placed seventh in his first meet ever, with a time of 19:15. For the girls, Tammy Trujillo took ninth in 22:25. Jeremy Serrano ran a 20:58, Stephin Romancito also in his first competition ran a 27:23 and Manuel Durán ran a 27: 31. In 32nd place for the girls, Kiowa Montoya ran a time of 28:12. The teams are running in Alamosa this Saturday (Sept. 5).
